We pay tribute to traditional Czech and Viennese cuisine as well as to the skill and hard work of Czech farmers.

We take meat from our own ecological farm in Mysletín.

Poultry, eggs, potatoes and vegetables come from South Bohemian farmers.

Fishermen raise and catch fish for us from around Budějovice and Třeboň.
